Well I blocked him for vandalism. They only reason I didn't permanantly block his ass is because I don't like to do that with ip's. As it is, I plan to eventually talk to KemCab about removing the auto-block code. Some people have dynamic ip's and I'd hate to see anyone unfairly banned because they share ip's with someone who got a legit perma ban.

As for who it is, take it from someone who's original account signed up in 03(JerkClock is 04), there's PLENTY of immature flamers on NG, so the list of suspects would be HUGE.

KemCabBot isn't the auto-ban system I refer to. It only bans the most blatant spammers who post stuff like, "FUCK YOU" as their article or something. What I'm talking about is the system, prevelant in all default wiki codes, that causes a sysop's account to auto-ban people sharingan ip with someone who they currently have banned.

I agree with giving chances, but this guy clearly came just to vandalize pages. If I see someone making good efforts to help the wiki and then vandalizing stuff, I'll definitely warn them first.
